We Are FaceFood Ibiza consolidates itself as a hub for the island’s culinary elite

BarruFresh wrapped up the 𝟴𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of FaceFood Ibiza on a high note. This event once again proved to be a key meeting point for the island’s culinary and business elite, becoming a hub for renowned chefs and prominent figures from across the national gastronomic scene, who mingled with the large crowds that filled the magnificent gardens of Agroturismo Atzaró. This year, the weather was on their side, contributing to a highly productive day of networking.

The fair offered a comprehensive program of talks and live cooking demonstrations, bringing together dozens of high-end gastronomy professionals.

Barrufet Seafood’s fresh division once again took part alongside its official partner The Kingfish Company, presenting a product, 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗮 (Seriola lalandi), which stood out for its quality, freshness and versatility. Many professionals visited the stand to raise awareness and engage in conversations about the fish, which sparked strong interest among local chefs and positioned itself as an essential ingredient for professional kitchens.

This was undoubtedly an unmissable event, bringing industry professionals together while showcasing and bringing sustainable, high-quality products to the table in an environment increasingly dedicated to protecting the marine ecosystem.
