Another successful edition for the company at the Seafood Expo Global
Read moreThis week we had the pleasure of attending the 3rd edition of 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗮, an essential meeting point for professionals and leading figures in the 𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗔 sector.
The event brought together more than 50 premium brands that presented high-level gastronomic proposals and experiences. In addition, the program featured the participation of over 20 speakers, ranging from chefs and head waiters to business management professionals.
The 𝟱 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗮, located in the heart of the old town of the Mallorcan capital, hosted the welcome cocktail dinner. Meanwhile, 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗮 𝗘𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 once again served as the official venue for this gastronomic event: a space where innovation and sustainability come together to drive the future of gastronomy.
Barrufet Seafood participated as the 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 of The Kingfish Company, a strategic partner, which impressed attendees with a selection of 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘀𝗮 (𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶) dishes, highlighting the versatility, quality and excellence of this product.
The event provided us with an excellent opportunity to continue promoting the use of this product in 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲 and generate new business opportunities in the Balearic Islands.
