Read moreLast week, BarruFresh, the fresh produce division of Barrufet Seafood, attended the second edition of We Are FaceFood in Mallorca, an international culinary event that brought together some of the most influential chefs on the current scene, as well as companies and professionals from the hotel and gastronomy sector. This event provided a unique opportunity to discover the latest trends and innovations in global gastronomy up close.
Throughout the event, attendees were able to participate in conferences, workshops and show cooking sessions led by renowned chefs. These sessions highlighted the versatility of fresh and frozen seafood products in haute cuisine.
BarruFresh had the pleasure of participating alongside The Kingfish Company, a strategic partner with whom it shares a solid track record, delighting the public with a variety of succulent yellowtail presentations, showcasing the quality and potential of this product in professional gastronomy.
