Read moreIn March, BarruFresh, the fresh division of Barrufet Seafood, took part in We Are FaceFood Ibiza, one of the most prestigious gastronomic events on the national scene, held at the exclusive Agroturismo Atzaró Hotel & Spa. As usual, this event served as a meeting point for the leading exponents of haute cuisine. Its solid track record, now in its 7th edition, reinforces its position as an essential event for professionals in the culinary sector.
The event, which officially kicks off the season on the island, brought together 10 Michelin-starred chefs, who offered a high-level program consisting of gastronomic presentations, showcooking and exquisite tastings. The activity revolved around innovation, exclusivity and networking.
